Individual short-term/long-term counselling

Individual psychodynamic counselling, either short-term or long-term basis, involves meeting with a counsellor on a weekly basis over a period of time which is determined by the nature of the problem. Short-term counselling is offered with a maximum of twelve sessions. Long-term counselling could continue for up to two years.
