Couples Counselling
Couples counselling is for clients seeking help with challenges arising out of their relationship and looks to improve communication and resolve issues within the relationship. This form of counselling usually involves both parties meeting with a counsellor once per fortnight or once per month for up to six sessions initially. This can be extended in agreement with your counsellor.
It doesn’t matter if you’re married, living together, gay or straight – we’re here to help you.
Family Counselling
This form of counselling is appropriate when there is an identified family problem or difficult behaviour is being displayed by one family member which affects the others. The family members will attend the Centre, usually on a monthly basis, and meet with a small team of counsellors.
