We are now accepting applications for our Certificate in Counselling Skills starting in September 2022. Spaces are available on our face-to-face training and also on our online training. The fee for either course is £1,950.00. We have extended our closing date for applications to 31st July 2022.

This is a part-time training course and runs from September 2022 until June 2023. Face-to-face training takes place on Tuesday evenings at North Bank, Pages Lane, London N10 1PP from 7pm to 10pm. Online training takes place via Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 7pm to 10pm.

This training provides students with the core skills to understand and apply the basic concepts of counselling together with the skills and knowledge required to facilitate a helping relationship.  The course is open to those working in a voluntary or professional capacity or for those wishing to develop their communication and interpersonal skills in a variety of settings.  Please note this is a Certificate in Counselling Skills and is not a Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling or Psychodynamic Skills.

Trainees successfully completing the course may wish to further their studies with us by participating in our Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling, which is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

In the event restrictions are imposed during the training because of COVID, any timetabled sessions for face-to-face training will be delivered via a remote platform until we are able to return to North Bank at Pages Lane.
